Trading involves substantial risk. Alphaxis is execution and risk-management software, not a financial advisor, and it does not guarantee profit. You are solely responsible for every trade placed through your own account.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your purchase and use of Alphaxis (the "Software"), operated by [Legal Entity Name], [Jurisdiction]. By purchasing or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Licence
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on the number of MetaTrader 5 accounts permitted by your tier (Personal, Pro, or Institutional). The licence is hardware-locked to your device(s). This is a licence to use the Software, not a sale of the Software itself.
3. Restrictions
- Do not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or your licence key.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or bypass the licensing system.
- Do not use the Software unlawfully or in breach of your broker's or MetaTrader 5's terms.
4. Not financial advice
The Software is a tool that executes strategies and rules that you define and validate. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no output is a recommendation to trade. Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results. You accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and your account.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your MetaTrader 5 account, broker relationship, and applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
- If you enable AI features, you supply and pay for your own third-party AI provider key and accept that provider's terms.
- You are responsible for keeping your device, credentials, and licence key secure.
6. Availability and updates
We may provide updates from time to time. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue features. The Software depends on third parties (MetaTrader 5, your broker, your AI provider) whose availability we do not control.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphaxis and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
9. Payment and refunds
Licences are sold on a one-time basis. All sales are final; please see our Refund Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or revoke your licence if you breach these Terms, or on a refund reversal or payment chargeback. The restrictions and disclaimers above survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
