Refund Policy

All sales are final. Alphaxis does not offer refunds. A licence is a digital product delivered electronically and hardware-locked to your device on activation, so it cannot be returned once issued.
1. No refunds
Because Alphaxis is downloadable software and a licence key is delivered and activated electronically, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits once your order is completed and a licence key has been issued. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this.
2. Evaluate before you buy
We want you to be confident before you purchase. Please review the product information, the documentation, and any available trial or demo, and contact us at inquiry@alphaxis.app with any questions before completing your order. Once a licence is issued, the sale is final.
3. Technical issues
If your licence key does not activate, or you received a faulty or non-working key, that is a support matter, not a refund matter. Contact us and we will work with you to deliver a working licence for the tier you purchased.
4. Device transfers
If you change machines, your licence includes a limited number of free device transfers. Contact support to move your licence to a new device rather than repurchasing.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback in breach of this policy will result in immediate revocation of the associated licence.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. This policy applies to the fullest extent those laws permit.
