Designate any connected account as a master and any other as a follower. Fills on the master can mirror to followers automatically, sized to each follower's own equity and risk settings rather than a fixed copy of the master's lot size.

Every license is one-time: there is no subscription, and the software never stops working. A license activates on one machine and runs up to its plan's MT5-account limit.

What "one-time" actually means here. Your licence is perpetual. The app keeps running, offline, for as long as you want, at the version you have. What is time-boxed is the right to new versions: every licence includes 12 months of new features and support, and after that you can renew for another year if you want to keep getting them. If you do not renew, nothing breaks and nothing nags you.

Fixes are never behind a renewal. If MetaTrader or your broker changes something and the app breaks, that is not your doing, and unbreaking it is not something we will bill you for. Security and compatibility fixes are free forever, renewal or not. A renewal buys new features, not the right to a working product.

What support covers. The software: installation, activation, bugs, compatibility. It does not cover trading advice, strategy design, or disputes with your broker. Alphaxis is a tool you point at the market. Where you point it is yours to decide.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 14 days of the full Pro tier — every feature, up to 5 MT5 accounts, which means Copy Trading and running several accounts at once are testable too, not just described. No card and no checkout — you create an account with your email the first time you open the app, and the trial starts from there. It is one trial per email. When it ends nothing is charged; the app simply asks for a license key. A fair warning on what to judge it by: 14 days of live trading is a very small sample, and the edge these strategies are built on plays out over weeks, not days. Use the trial to backtest against years of history and to grade a Telegram channel against real market data — both give you a straight answer immediately.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every tier is a one-time payment and the software never stops working. Each license includes 12 months of new features and support; after that you can optionally renew for another year to keep getting new versions. Nothing auto-renews, and nothing breaks if you do not.

How many MT5 accounts can I run?

Personal covers one live account. Pro covers up to five. Institutional has no account limit. Your license is locked to one machine, and the account count is enforced there rather than by account number, so you can swap broker accounts freely within your quota. Running several accounts at once means running a separate MT5 terminal install per account, most traders run these as separate portable installations to keep them isolated.

What if I want a refund?

All sales are final. A license is a digital product delivered electronically and hardware-locked on activation, so we do not offer refunds once a key is issued. Evaluate the product and reach out with any questions before you buy. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Can I move my license to a new computer?

Yes. Your license is hardware-locked, but it includes two free device transfers. Contact support to move it to a new machine rather than repurchasing.

Does Alphaxis work with my broker?

Alphaxis connects through the standard MetaTrader 5 terminal, so it works with any broker that offers MT5. If your broker has an MT5 login, Alphaxis can trade through it.

Does my computer need to stay on for Alphaxis to trade?

Yes. Alphaxis runs locally and trades while the application and your MT5 terminal are running. Most active users leave it on a dedicated machine or a Windows VPS so the desk keeps working while they are away. It does not run in the cloud on its own.

Does any of my data leave my computer?

Your account data, price history, and trading decisions are processed and stored locally: the signal-to-execution path never touches a third-party server. If you choose to use the plain-language Strategy Builder or chat, those specific requests route through your own AI provider account and your own key, never through Alphaxis servers or a shared cloud. You also pay your AI provider directly for exactly what you use, with no subscription markup layered on top. Local core plus your own AI key: your strategies and your data stay yours.

Is my strategy visible to Alphaxis or anyone else?

No. Your strategy rules and account data are never transmitted to run your signals. The application's core logic ships in a protected, compiled form, so the rules you build stay private to you as well.

What happens around major news releases?
