Alphaxis is a standalone desktop application. The trading engine, your MetaTrader 5 credentials, your strategies, and your trade history run and remain locally on your own Windows machine. Alphaxis does not transmit your trading account data or strategies to our servers.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Purchase and license data. When you buy a license, our payment provider collects your email and payment details and shares limited order data (email, tier, order reference) with us to issue and support your license.
- License activation data. To bind a license to a device, the app derives a one-way hardware fingerprint (a non-reversible hash of hardware identifiers). This is used only for license validation and is not personal identity data.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we keep the messages and your email to respond.
- Basic website data. Standard, minimal analytics and a language-preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) on this website. The desktop app itself does not require an account to run.
3. What we do NOT collect
We do not receive your MetaTrader 5 login, your broker account balance, your open positions, your strategies, or your trade history. Those stay on your device. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Bring your own AI key
If you enable AI features, you supply your own third-party AI provider API key. Any prompts or context sent for those features go directly from your machine to the AI provider you configured, under that provider's own privacy terms, not through Alphaxis. We never see that traffic.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example PayPal or Gumroad). They handle your card and billing data under their own privacy policies; we do not store full payment card details.
6. How we use data
- To deliver, activate, and support your license.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- To operate and secure this website.
7. Retention
We keep order and license records for as long as needed to support your license and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Contact inquiry@alphaxis.app and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page.
